Mohd Hadzali is an experienced operations leader with over 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry and 4 years in the Cleaning Services sector. His career highlights include contributions to major upstream operations with ExxonMobil and PETRONAS MLNG, where he developed strong technical, inspection, and engineering competencies.

Transitioning into the cleaning services industry, he now leads large-scale operations, specializing in façade cleaning for high–rise and iconic structures. His strengths include operational planning, technical execution, team leadership, and maintaining strict safety and quality compliance under challenging work environments.

He is highly adaptable, detail–driven, and committed to operational excellence.
